For those wishing to shoot in the area, perhaps at Bettws, Kempton, Delbury, Brigands, or other local estates, then the lodge is easily reached, not far from Welshpool and the major road networks.
Staying in the lodge is akin to going to a friend’s country house party. There is a cosy and welcoming sitting room where the wood burner roars and there are a plethora of luxurious sofas to relax in. While the fully stocked courtesy bar gives guests privacy and the opportunity to socialise with their friends late into the evening either before or perhaps after a days shooting.
The lodge has eight beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, each with direct-dial telephones, televisions and internet access. For larger groups, additional bedrooms are also available in the Hall or in Cherry Tree Cottage, should they be required.
