...is steeped in history and tradition and was once the hub of a bustling rural community. Situated on the banks of the River Clefion in the valleys of the Cambrian Mountains the house languishes in its own gardens including arboretum.
The hall has been tastefully refurbished recently in a manner sympathetic to the age of the property. There are five spacious bedrooms at Bryn Clefion all of which are en-suite, many with roll top baths. The large dining room, capable of seating at least 14 guests, is the perfect place for entertaining, and the roaring log fire in the adjacent sitting room adds to the atmosphere. The large, well equipped kitchen has a slate floor, kitchen table and an AGA, providing the ideal place for guests to prepare food and enjoy a leisurely breakfast or informal meal.
The mountains, rivers and coastline nearby are well worth exploring, and there are plenty of activities on offer for the more adventurous such as hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and horse riding. For those who are looking for a more moderate pace, the hall’s large well stocked gardens are perfect for a gentle stroll, enabling you to view the dramatic scenery.
